I ordered the Mayweather v McGreggor for my business. I paid $2,700! Come 6 o:Clock (when the PPV was supposed to come on) AND NOTHING. In my main event room where my paying customers were. NOTHING. The programming NEVER switched over to the PPV I paid $2,700 for. I must have called Joe Hand literally 100 times and the phone was busy. I had to refund hundreds of dollars, my concessions sales were way down and my company took a huge negative reputation hit. I called Mike Feldman (my sales rep) to explain what happened, and he showed very little interest. I send an email to the company and it has been weeks later and I haven't heard one word. Too bad they're the only company that can show UFC fights. I will forward my email and complaints to the UFC. Maybe they will find another promo company.
Im thinking that all this it is beacause they don't want to sell to business comcast costumer,thus is a deal with comcast to sell only to residental costumer for more high profit,,,,to bad for they and for us who doing business with
Horrible! Tried ordering the fight. Was quoted a price via direct tv weeks ago. Direct tv wouldn't let me order today, said I need to go directly to Joe Hand Promotions, no answers on 3 different phone numbers. Tried for hours. No live web chat, no way to order online. Finally got a recording stated that the price for a business went up by $1200! Then I couldn't get a person. Finally after calling direct tv again, they informed me that they were no longer taking orders, that the promoter had met it's quota!! Total BS!!
The customer service Bryan or maybe Ryan is so rude. We didn't finish our talking and he just hang up my phone call. Their phone line is so hard to call in. Takes me over hundred times to call.
Zero stars is not an option here, but I think that says the word. Can't get through phone lines for ordering Mayweather v. McGregor. three days, hours spent calling. They close up shop early & they don't hire wage slaves to work a simple phone bank. Must not want business. Some fight of the century.
